Assistive Technology Partnership

Discover the benefit of ATP - Dedicated to helping Nebraskans with disabilities, their families and professionals obtain assistive technology devices and services since 1989.

Education and Information Technology - Succeed in Your School

Education services are available to educators, agencies, children and their parents to increase access to appropriate assistive technology devices.  Students can try out technology for use at school and to help transition from the school setting into post-secondary education and/or the work environment.

ATP can help you locate and design accessible technology that allows the end user to understand, interact, and retrieve information in an independent manner.  Web accessibility trainings and Section 508 compliant assessments can also be provided.

ATP Services (No Cost)
  • Consultation - Identifies appropriate assistive technology solutions for students with disabilities
  • Training for School Staff - Enhances skills and knowledge about assistive technology solutions for the classroom
  • On-Site Assessments - Provides solutions or alternatives for general school accessibility
